These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all travel planning, booking, and advisory services (“Services”) provided to you by Chenal Enchanted Vacations, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By approving a proposal, submitting payment, or booking travel services through us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Role of Chenal Enchanted Vacations, LLC

Chenal Enchanted Vacations, LLC acts solely as a travel planner and booking agent. We arrange travel services on your behalf through independent third-party suppliers, including but not limited to:

  • Hotels & resorts

  • Theme parks (Disney, Universal, etc.)

  • Transportation providers

  • Cruise lines

  • Ticketing services

  • Tour operators

  • Insurance providers

We do not own, operate, or control any of these suppliers.

2. Supplier Terms & Liability

All travel services are subject to the terms, conditions, policies, and liability limits of the individual supplier providing that service.

By booking through us, you acknowledge and agree:

  • Each supplier is solely responsible for providing its own services.

  • We do not guarantee the accuracy of supplier information, availability, pricing, schedules, park hours, show times, or operational changes.

  • We are not liable for any errors, omissions, negligence, delays, overbookings, schedule changes, cancellations, closures, or service failures by any supplier.

Chenal Enchanted Vacations, LLC is not responsible for any errors, acts, or omissions by any travel service provider, including those related to reservations, tickets, transportation, park access, or accommodations.

3. Pricing & Availability

All prices listed in your proposal are:

  • Based on availability at the time the proposal was generated

  • Subject to change without notice by the supplier

  • Not guaranteed until a deposit or full payment has been processed

We are not responsible for any price changes, sold-out inventory, or modified promotions controlled by suppliers.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Review all confirmations for accuracy immediately upon receipt

  • Provide correct spelling of names and required guest information

  • Monitor your email for updates from us or suppliers

  • Follow supplier rules, including park reservations, arrival windows, ticket activation, and identification requirements

Failure to follow supplier policies may result in denied entry or forfeiture of services, for which we are not responsible.

5. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against unforeseen cancellations, medical needs, weather events, or supplier disruptions.

  • Insurance is not included unless explicitly added and paid for.

  • Declining insurance constitutes acceptance of all financial risk.

6. Changes, Modifications & Cancellations

Any change or cancellation is subject to the policies of the supplier, which may include:

  • Fees

  • Penalties

  • No-refund conditions

Chenal Enchanted Vacations, LLC does not control these policies and is not responsible for any losses incurred due to supplier-mandated fees.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Chenal Enchanted Vacations, LLC shall not be liable for personal injury, illness, property damage, travel disruptions, delays, park closures, weather conditions, or other events outside our direct control.

  • Our total liability shall never exceed the amount of service fees paid directly to us (not including supplier costs).

8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for cancellation or interruption of travel due to events outside our control, including but not limited to:

  • Weather

  • Pandemics

  • Natural disasters

  • Labor strikes

  • Supplier bankruptcy

  • Government restrictions

Refunds, if any, are determined solely by suppliers.

9. Acceptance

By paying a deposit, authorizing a booking, or continuing with travel arrangements, you agree that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
