Welcome to Chenal Enchanted Vacations, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using this website and our travel planning services, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully.
Our services
Chenal Enchanted Vacations is an independent travel advisor specializing in Disney Destinations and other vacation experiences. We help you research, plan, and book your trip. Our planning service is complimentary — we are compensated by the travel suppliers (such as resorts and cruise lines), not by you, and you pay the same published price you would booking directly.
Bookings & payments
All reservations are subject to availability and to the terms, conditions, and pricing of the applicable travel supplier (for example, Disney Destinations, Disney Cruise Line, Adventures by Disney, or National Geographic Expeditions). Deposits, payment schedules, change fees, and cancellation policies are set by those suppliers, and you agree to review and abide by them at the time of booking.
Cancellations & refunds
Cancellation and refund eligibility is governed entirely by the relevant supplier's policy for your specific package or sailing. We will always help you understand those policies and assist with any changes, but we cannot waive or alter a supplier's terms.
Travel documents & insurance
- You are responsible for ensuring you hold valid travel documents (passports, visas, identification) required for your trip.
- We strongly recommend travel insurance for every trip and can share options, but the decision to purchase is yours.
- Health, entry, and other requirements can change; please verify current requirements before you travel.
Third-party links & tools
This site may embed or link to third-party planning and booking tools, including the Disney Travel Center. Those services are operated by their respective owners and are subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

National Geographic Expeditions is a trademark of its respective owner. Chenal Enchanted Vacations, LLC is an independent travel agency and is not owned by, affiliated with, or endorsed by these companies. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
Limitation of liability
We act as an intermediary between you and travel suppliers. We are not responsible for the acts, errors, omissions, or failures of any supplier, or for injuries, delays, or losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability is limited to the amount of fees, if any, you paid us directly.
